This package will start with you filling out an in-depth questionnaire to provide an understanding of the current sleep situation and your goals surrounding your baby\u2019s sleep.<\/span><\/p>\n Based on the information provided, a thorough assessment will be created which will discuss optimal techniques to maximize both day and night sleep. This includes but is not limited to, age appropriate nap and feeding schedule \u2013 milk and solids if applicable, age appropriate awake times, optimal room environment and settling techniques.<\/span><\/p>\n Two weeks of support includes:<\/span><\/p>\n Solutions will be offered that best suit your parenting style and comfort level alongside your baby or toddlers temperament. whether you choose gentle sleep training or a more traditional based method, it is your decision and I will support you throughout the process.<\/span><\/p>\n Patience, perseverance and consistency are the three key elements in successfully achieving a change to your babies sleep habits. Most sleep issues improve within the first seven days when utilizing the personalized plan and these elements.<\/span><\/p>\n\n
