The information packet is easy to consume, written in simple points with explanations behind the theory and information provided.

Sleep associations are explained and recommendations of what to introduce, and what to avoid, as well as age appropriate awake windows, nap and bedtime routines, settling techniques and issues that may be faced with night time sleep from birth to 12 weeks.

A one-hour phone or in-person consultation can be scheduled anytime from birth to 12 weeks. Additional email or phone support is not provided as part of this plan; however, it can be purchased anytime from birth to 12 weeks for $90.
