• 30 – Minute phone or zoom consultation

This consultation is a great fit for families that may have already gone through sleep training but need some guidance in making some minor changes.  This is your time to ask all the questions you have and get the answers 1:1.  This consultation is not suited for families that need support with sleep training or assistance with bigger sleep changes.  This consultation can be used for Newborn – 5 Years of age.

If you are looking for some confidence with making an adjustment or for some guidance in getting on the right track, this is the call for you!  This consultation does not include a sleep plan or follow up support however,  you will receive a recap email and a daily schedule.
