My little Marly loved being rocked and cuddled to sleep if not fed, and i loved doing it. However, it was time to create a good sleep regime for her and for us.
We’ve had huge success implementing the detailed routine you set out. No longer am I having to rock, jiggle or feed her to sleep, and she’s self settling so well. I can’t believe how quickly Marly responded to it! Her day sleeps are like clockwork and she goes down without a fuss. Night time is so much better as we’re just about down to one wake up.
