Coffee Group/Mothers Group Chat – $20/mom, minimum of 5
90-120 minutes of sleep advice including but not limited to – age appropriate nap schedules and awake windows, advice on gentle ways to settle your newborn, sleeping through the night, good and bad sleep associations.
Time will be set aside for answering questions and each Mom will be given a brochure with the most important information in teaching of how to develop healthy sleep habits.
Travel within 20 miles of Renton Washington is included in the package. Distance further than 20 miles to travel may be subject to an additional fee.

If I were to recommend one thing to new parents, it would be a hire Sarah as your sleep consultant. By the time we contacted Sarah, we had already read a half a dozen baby sleep books but still were not getting near a full nights sleep. I am so grateful for Sarah’s help and support. We had really struggled with getting out youngest to sleep for more than 20-30 minutes during the day and 1-2 hours at night.
